Security Checks

• We offer you peace of mind by knowing that your property is regularly being checked internally and externally whilst you are many miles away.
• We offer monthly security checks (or as required) with digital photos sent to you with a report of any findings.
• Quick intervention if there are any problems, we can organise plumbers, electricians etc. on your behalf & liase with artisans for access.
• We ventilate the property on each visit to eleviate any humidity or dampness
• Post boxes are checked and any correspondence is sent onto you or left at the property (as requested). Any junk mail is disposed of.
• We water indoor and outdoor potted plants.
• Additional visits following adverse weather can also be arranged.
• An annual contract for security checks which includes keyholding can be taken (includes a price reduction), or ad-hoc security checks as and when you wish.
